Workflow

1. You submit your request.2. I get back to you with possible questions and/or a price estimate.3. I send the invoice over paypal and you have 3 business days to pay. If no payment is received without notice, I'll cancel your commission.4. After the payment is done I'll put you on my waitlist with a rough estimate of when I start with your commission.5. A few days before I start working on your commission I'll message you in case there are any changes.6. I'll keep you updated and ask for feedback in these phases of the art:
- sketch
- lineart + basecolor
(for regular illustration)7. After the art is finished, any big changes will be charged extra.

Do's & Don'ts

Do:
- Mild NSFW (Character must be 18+)
- Anthro characters
- Furry
- Cyborgs
- Creepy stuff
- Mild gore
- I shouldn't have to mention it but: ALL skincolors!Don't:
- Lolicons/Shotacons (minors & minor looking characters) in sexual or even slightly seductive themes!
- Mecha
- Intense Gore & NSFW

- Personal use means, you can’t mass produce the art or use it in any commercial setting, either by yourself or by a company.Refunds: Deposits will not be refunded. Please think about it, if you actually have the funds before committing to a project with me, since I have a schedule to plan and have to secure my own livelyhood.
If I fail to complete your commission because of my own actions, I will give you a refund.No refunds for finished projects delivered according to mutual planning beforehand and after the client approved of the sketch.
No refunds if I already worked on the project and you decide to cancel out of your own reasons.

Workflow:
I usually work without deadlines but with an estimated starting date of the project. Please keep in mind that my schedule can have slight changes due to circumstances out of my control (sick days, art blocks, personal life)If your project has a deadline, please let me know in advance so I can adjust my schedule accordingly (A rush fee may be applied)I will always update my clients on unforeseen delays and my Waitlist can be viewed anytime for updates on your commission.If you see commissions being finished earlier than yours even tho they are behind yours on the waitlist, please be aware that bigger projects need more time and concentration than smaller illustrations.
Models and big design projects usually require more breaks for both my mind and wrist, so I push smaller projects in between them!Updates will be sent over the prefered way of communication. Revision phases usually happen after the first sketch and after the line art + basecolors. Any big changes after those steps will be charged extra. Minor details and mistakes on my part can be fixed, free of charge.

Payment info

- All commissions have to be paid in Euro (€) through paypal.
- Commissions under 200€ have to be paid in full upfront
- Commissions over 200€ can be paid 50% upfront and 50% before I send the finished file!
- Commissions over 1.5k€ can be paid in more than 2 payments
- I only use paypal as a payment option as of right now.
- The completed piece will not be delivered, before the complete payment.
- Paying the invoice, means you accepted the terms of service.
- After the approval of the first sketch, there are no refunds.
- Major changes after an approved sketch by the client will cost extra.Please keep in mind that I charge 5% transaction fee on top of every commission!

Use

- I will retain all rights of the commissioned artwork. This includes the rights to use it within my own advertising for my freelance services.- I reserve the right to post the art on social media and give tagged credit if it’s an original character.- I reserve the right to monetize my artwork through mass production and other commercial settings unless negotiated otherwise.- You are not allowed to resell my artwork, designs or models of any kind with profit. If you plan to resell your design/model please reach out to me and don't overcharge for it.- Using my art in any form regarding AI or NFTs is not allowed. That includes feeding it into Gen AI data bases and altering the artwork with AI tools in any way, shape or form.Please reach out for questions.
